The Victim stated that he was leaving a local bar when a suspect came up to him and asked him for a dollar.  Before the victim realized what was going on, another suspect came up from behind the victim and ripped off his necklace.  Both suspects fled in an unknown direction.  Investigation is ongoing.  Case # 120603485

Mission Units responded to the above area on a report of a burglary.  Upon making contact with the victims, they stated they were awoken by noise.  The victim saw a man with a headlamp walk into her bedroom and over to her desk.  The victim screamed and began to dial 911 when the suspect fled.  Investigation is ongoing.  Case # 120603510

Mission Units responded to the above location after a fight broke out at a house party.  One of the participants in the fight reached for a kitchen knife and assaulted several people. The person with the knife was later captured and booked on multiple felonies. Case # 120600431

The victim reported to Mission Police Station that she was a victim of identity theft.  She explained that an unknown person opened an ATT account in her name.  The incident was documented and the victim was given tips on how to protect herself from future incidents.

The victim reported to Mission Police Station that he got into an altercation with his roommate over who was able to watch the television.  The victim stated that his roommate pushed him, causing him to trip over chairs and injure himself.

Mission Units responded to the above area to conduct a well being check on a person who fell over a bicycle.  Upon arrival, Officers found the person had no injuries but did have several outstanding warrants.  The subject was taken into custody.  Case # 120598347

A Mission Unit responded to the above location and took a bike theft report.  The victim left his bicycle unsecured on his back porch.  The next day when he went to take his bicycle to work he noticed it was gone.  Case # 120600130

2250 Hours                 2000 Block of Mission St                  Battery

A Mission Unit was flagged down at the above location by a victim who stated that she gave the suspect money to buy beer.  The suspect gave the victim her crack pipe as collateral.  When the suspect decided not to buy the victim a beer she requested her crack pipe back.  The victim refused and the suspect punched the victim several times and walked away with her money.  Case # 120597543

2344 Hours                 2200 Block of Mission St      Narcotics/Concealed Weapon

A Mission Unit on patrol stopped a suspicious suspect for violating a Traffic Code law.  Upon conducting an investigation, the Officer discovered the suspect was on probation with a search condition.  Upon searching the suspect the Officer found a large quantity of illegal narcotics and a 10 inch kitchen knife.  The suspect was taken back to Mission Station and booked on multiple charges.  Case # 120597593

A Mission Unit responded to the above area regarding to investigate a shoplifting call for service.  Upon arrival they met with Loss Prevention who had the suspect detained for attempting to steal alcohol.  I preliminary Investigation concluded the suspect had multiple warrants for his arrest and committed petty theft with prior convictions.  The suspect was booked on multiple charges.  Case # 120592515

A Mission Unit detained a suspect for possible drug at the above location.  Further investigation revealed the suspect was a California Department of Corrections Parolee.  The suspect was taken into custody and a request to revoke his parolee status was made.  Case # 120592612

The victim was walking near the above area.  The victim was approached from behind by the suspect who asked to look at the IPOD he had in his hand.  After the victim refused, he attempted to walk off.  He then felt the unknown suspect strike him on the side of the head from behind.  The suspect fled in an unknown direction.  Investigation is ongoing.  Case # 120594442

Mission Units responded to a call for service regarding a man with a gun.  Upon arrival they met with a Fare Inspector who stated that when he tried to stop passenger for boarding the bus without proof of payment, the suspect threatened to shoot him.  The suspect got off the bus and fled in an unknown direction.  Investigation is ongoing.  Case # 120589675

The victim reported to Mission Station that he answered an ad on craigslist for a short term home rental.  He sent money via Western Union to Minnesota and received a confirmation for his stay.  Upon arriving in San Francisco and going to the above location he soon realized that it was not a home rental and no one was there to check him in.  Investigation is ongoing.  Case # 120591551

The victim reported to Mission Police Station that someone had taken out a fraudulent advertisement stating several houses she had recently sold were for rent.  The victim was advised to contact the bank listed in the advertisement and she was given information on identity theft.  Investigation is ongoing.  Case # 120586819

1720 Hours                 1200 Block of Alabama Street         Robbery w/gun

A Mission Unit was flagged down in the above area by a victim who stated he was just robbed at gunpoint.  The victim stated he went to a jewelry store close to the location to sell his watch.  After he sold his watch for a large sum of money, three people in the store who happened to see the transaction,  struck up a conversation with the victim and  offered to sell him narcotics.  The three people and the victim went around the corner to make the sale when one of the suspects took out a gun and demanded his money.  The three suspects fled in an unknown direction after taking the victim’s money and phone.  Investigation is ongoing.  Case # 120587635

Mission Units responded to the above location to investigate a possible assault.  Upon arrival Officers met with the victim who had injuries to her head, face and body.  Officers immediately called for an ambulance to treat the victim’s injuries.  The Officers tried several times while the victim was being treated to gently get information from her to determine what happened, but the victim repeatedly refused.  The victim only stated her bag was taken.  She was transported to General Hospital and treated for her injuries.  Investigation is ongoing.  Case # 120582710

Mission Units responded to the above area regarding a person with a gun.  Upon arriving to the area they were flagged down by a person that had bruises to his month and lacerations to his face.  The victim stated that he got into a verbal altercation with the suspect over a TV.  The suspect then pulled a gun and hit the victim from behind with what the victim believed to be the butt of the gun. Mission Units responded to a call for service regarding an attempted robbery won MUNI.  Upon arrival they met with the victim who stated she was approached by several suspects while riding the MUNI bus.  While on the bus one of the suspects attempted to take the victim’s purse.  When the victim did not give up the purse she was assaulted.  The suspects then fled off the bus in an unknown direction.  Investigation is ongoing.  Case # 120581825

Officers responded to the above area and detained a man with a large knife that had just been in a verbal confrontation with a neighbor.  The suspect was brandishing a large knife and subsequently the knife was confiscated by Officers and the suspect was cited and released.  Case # 120581289
