I would like to say thank you to two Mission District community groups. Thank you to the Lower 24 Street Merchants Association and the Friends of the Noe Valley for inviting me to your meetings this week. It was a pleasure visiting two community groups located in different ends of our district that are both committed to improving the quality of life in their neighborhoods. I would also like to congratulate Sergeant Chuck Limbert who received an award from the Small Business Commission in recognition of his outstanding service and commitment to working with small businesses throughout the Mission.
