0238 Hours        4000 Block of 26th St.            Breaking Windows
Victim called police after he heard the sound of windows breaking.  Victim discovered the front window to his home smashed.  Police searched the area and helped victim secure his residence.  Investigation is on-going.  Case # 120128176.
