The victim’s dog was attacked by the suspect’s dog.  Upon attempting to separate the dogs, the victim’s hand was bitten causing a puncture wound.  The suspect quickly scooped up his dog and left the park in a hurry.  Investigation is ongoing.   Case # 120408871

1500 Hours                 400 Block of Castro St                                   Robbery/Fraud
A Mission Unit responded to the above location and took a report from a person who said he was robbed several days ago but never filed the report.  The victim stated that he had been robbed of cash and his ATM card.  Furthermore, the Victim reported that several felonious withdrawals and deposits had been made on his bank account.  Investigation is ongoing. 632 Hours                   2000 Block of Market St                                Shoplifting
A Mission Unit responded to the above location and took over a shoplifting investigation from Loss Prevention services.  The suspect who had attempted to steal alcohol was detained by Security.  The suspect had no identification and therefore was later booked by Officers into County Jail for the theft related offense.  Case # 120409534
