1000 Hours                 200 Block of San Jose                                    Vandalism to Vehicle
A victim reported to a responding Mission Unit that the window to his vehicle was shattered and the frame of his door bent upon returning to car.  Upon investigating the incident the Officer discovered the victim’s neighbor had similar damage to his vehicle.  Investigation is ongoing.  Case # 120439882

1774 Hours                 2200 Block of Market St                    Battery
A Mission responded to a report of a battery in the above area.  Upon interviewing the victim he stated that a “friend” of his walked up to him and asked him if he was Ok.  The friend then punched the victim in the noise and ran away.  The victim thought his friend was possibly intoxicated or high.  Investigation is ongoing.  Case # 120439729

 2358 Hours                Sycamore St/Mission St                      Vandalism/Graffiti
Mission Units responded to the above location regarding a graffiti investigation.  Upon arrival they were able to detain a suspect who had markers and other graffiti tools.  The suspect was eventually cited for several misdemeanor charges and released from Mission Station.  Case#120440588
