0215 Hours                 2000 Block Market St                         Robbery W/Gun
Mission Units responded to the above location regarding a robbery.  Upon arrival they met the victim who stated he was robbed of his laptop computer which he was using while sitting at a table in the outside eating area.  The victim stated the suspect came back a second time and demanded his phone.  When the victim refused, the suspect pistol whipped him and fled in an unknown direction.  Investigation is ongoing.  Case # 120467112

Mission Units on patrol on viewed a security guard from a local store chasing a suspect with a shopping basket.  One of the Mission Units quickly detained the suspect and transported back to Mission for investigation purposes.  The suspect gave the investigating Officer a wrong name.   Upon using fingerprint technology to identify the suspect it was discovered the suspect was on active parole.  The suspect was arrested on numerous charges and a request to revoke his parole status was made.  Case # 120467134

1630 Hours                 1900 Block of 15th St                          Theft from Vehicle
Victim stated that he parked and locked his vehicle at the above location.  Upon returning several hours later the front window had been smashed and several items of a personal nature were missing.  Case # 120469033
