A Mission Unit responded to the above location and took a report regarding a Stolen Vehicle.  Case # 120462112

0950 Hours                 1300 Church St                       Robbery
Victim stated she was walking in the above location texting on her I Phone.  The suspect then ran up from behind her and grabbed with force her phone.  The victim then ran after the suspect until the suspect turned with a can of mace in his hand and threatened to spray the victim.  The suspect then got into a waiting vehicle and fled the scene.  Units on patrol in the Southern District were able to later stop a vehicle that matched the description Mission Units had broadcasted.  The victim was able to positively identify the suspect and get back her phone.  The suspect was booked for robbery Case # 120461998

1550 Hours                 Vermont St/20th St                  Theft From Locked Vehicle
The victim reported that she parked and locked her vehicle at the above location. Upon returning several hours later the side window was smashed and several items including a purse, a wallet, a jersey a watch and personal papers were taken from the vehicle.  Investigation is ongoing. Case # 120461891
